Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude a resonance sound generated at the time of changing over the cooling circuit when the vibration sounds emitted on the basis of the revolving speed of a compressor may tune with the vibration sounds emitted on the basis of changes in the internal pressure and temperature of the compressor. SOLUTION: The refrigerator 18 is composed of a refrigeration chamber 9 and a freezing chamber 10 and equipped with a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a three-way valve 3 as a passage changeover means, a first capillary 4, a refrigeration chamber evaporator 5, a second capillary 6, a freezing chamber evaporator 7, a refrigeration chamber cooling fan 11, and a freezing chamber cooling fan 12. The refrigeration chamber evaporator 5 and the freezing chamber evaporator 7 are parallel installed in the refrigeration chamber 9 and the freezing chamber 10, respectively, which 9 and 10 are cooled alternately by changing over the flow of refrigerant using the three-way valve 3 between a refrigeration chamber cooling circuit and a freezing chamber cooling circuit, and the revolving speed of the compressor 1 when changing-over is made from the refrigeration chamber cooling circuit into the freezing chamber cooling circuit is selected to a value lower than the revolving speed at the time of cooling the refrigeration chamber so as to suppress to minimum the resonance sound in the compressor at an early stage in changing over the cooling circuit.
