FILM PREPARATION FOR INTRAORAL CAVITY MUCOSA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film preparation for the intraoral cavity mucosa comprising a pH regulator for improving the absorption through the intraoral cavity mucosa and eliminating the instability of a drug by effects of the pH regulator in the film preparation of the type through the intraoral cavity mucosa by applying to the intraoral cavity mucosa or dissolving in the oral cavity and absorbing the drug through the intraoral cavity mucosa. SOLUTION: The film preparation for the intraoral cavity mucosa is provided with a soluble drug layer containing the drug and disintegrating or soluble non-drug layers without containing the drug. The pH regulator for improving the absorption of the drug through the intraoral cavity mucosa is contained in the non-drug layers without including the pH regulator in the drug layer. In particular, the drug is a compound of fentanyls. The pH regulator is sodium hydroxide, trisodium phosphate, disodium hydrogenphosphate anhydride, citric acid, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
