SOLUTION: The projection surface 21b, i.e., the back surface of a first bracket 21 for supporting the lower end of the rear guide rail 10 is supported by a second bracket 23, and the second bracket 23 is constituted of a bracket for fixing a door impact beam 12 to a door inner panel 2.
