REFORMER FOR FUEL CELL, FUEL CELL SYSTEM USING IT, AND OPERATION CONTROL METHOD OF FUEL CELL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reformer for fuel cell which can supply an appropriate amount of hydrogen-contained gas to a fuel cell stack rapidly and stably according to variation of generating load, although it is a small scale and low pressure device, and a fuel cell system using it, as well as an operation method of the fuel cell system. SOLUTION: In the reformer, a hydrocarbon raw material supply passage for supplying hydrocarbon material to a reaction section and a water supply passage for supplying water to the reaction section adjust a plurality of course opening and closing means VA and a plurality of course opening and closing means VB and adjust the combination of a circulating course RA and a circulating course RB to be opened and closed out of the plurality circulating courses RA and RB. Thereby, while maintaining the supply ratio of the water and hydrocarbon supplied to the reaction section within a prescribed range, supply quantity of the hydrocarbon material and supply quantity of the water to be supplied to the reaction section can be adjusted step by step.
