CIRCUIT SIMULATION METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit simulation method and a circuit simulation device capable of simultaneously reflecting product variation components behaving differently. SOLUTION: This circuit simulation device is provided with a product variation component transformation means 101 transforming a plurality or product variation components into variables, a product variation amount calculation means 102 selectively giving product variation information given to every product variation component to the variables representing a plurality of produce components for calculating a product variation amount of a parameter, and a circuit simulation means 104 performing circuit simulation based on input information 113 after the product variation amount is reflected. The circuit simulation can be carried out while a plurality of produce variation components behaving differently are overlapped to each other, and more realistic circuit designing can be carried out.
