PAPER SHEET HANDLING DEVICE, AUTOMATIC TRANSACTION DEVICE, AND PAPER SHEET CONVEYING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more reliable paper sheet handling device and a paper sheet conveying device capable of conveying a bundle of leaf-like articles in a surer and more appropriate way. SOLUTION: A bundle of notes B inserted into a slot 101 by a customer is conveyed to a separator part 310 through a conveying path 102, and the notes are fed out one by one by a feeding out mechanism 311. The fed out notes are discriminated by a discriminating part 320. According to the result of the discrimination, the notes are conveyed either to a reserver part of an on-hold part 330 or to an escrow part and stored. The notes stored in the escrow part are conveyed to the separator part 310 in the state of the bundle of notes B via a conveying path 305, and, by being fed out and conveyed one by one, are stored in a notes cassette 210 by denomination.
