SOLID-STATE IMAGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device, establishing product performance and stability of quality at a low cost, by eliminating minute unevenness in size and material density, in molding and the influence of optical axis shift in constitution of a plurality of lenses. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device includes a first lens A for forming an image on a solid-state image sensor, a similar second lens B, a holder covering the lens A and the lens B, a spacer inserted in between the lens A and the lens B, and a lens gap for fixing the lens A and the lens B. The solid-state imaging device fixes to screw a screw part formed outside of the lens holder and a screw part formed in the inside of a base. The solid-state imaging device is provided with a magnet on the edge part of the lens B, and moves and regulates the lens B in the rotating direction, centered about an optical axis, by rotating a magnet for a regulation fixture in a direction centered about the optical axis from the outside of the lens holder.
