Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliberately perform image recording in a manner that the noise image generated on a film due to intrusion of foreign substances appear at a size definitely different from that of the true abnormal shade on the film with a breast image recorded thereon. SOLUTION: A heat roller 31 is constituted by disposing an elastic layer 312 having a JIS-A hardness of around 60 at a layer thickness 0.5 mm on a drum-like support 311 of a diameter 140 mm, and forming a smooth surface layer 313 of a layer thickness 20 to 60 μm by subjecting the surface of the elastic layer 312 to fluorine processing.
