Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise a suitable method conforming to the necessity of a countermeasure replacing a conventional method wherein the occurrence of over-turn and breakage must be prevented in the case of carrying out vegetation while floating in a fixed place like an artificial floating island, and it is considered that the artificial floating island can be moored by stretching ropes around the artificial floating island and fixing them to water bottom weights installed on all sides, and the artificial floating island is moored in this method at present, but over-turn and breakage have occurred encountering a strong wind and waves. SOLUTION: In this method, a state of pulling by the ropes from the outside of the artificial floating island is changed to collect the position of the weight directly under the artificial floating island, and the ropes hanging from the periphery of the artificial floating island are mounted to the weight. The conventional dispersed weights are integrated, and even if the waves try to lift one side of the artificial floating island, forces applied to the weight and the ropes work simultaneously as a whole to prevent the tension balance of the ropes from being upset. This effect is doubled by jointly using a shock absorbing hook. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
