Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key device capable of improving utilization efficiency of a space. SOLUTION: This key device is provided with a key detector 14 for outputting a detecting signal by detecting insertion of a key unit 5 to a key inserting port 7 of a cylinder lock 6, and a circuit board 17 mounted with an immobilizer circuit for outputting a signal in response to a determining result by determining correctness of an identification number by acquiring the identification number by executing transmission operation of the identification number by using a transmitting-receiving coil 13 for the key unit 5 inserted into the key inserting port 7. The key device is constituted so that a terminal 36 of the key detector 14 is connected to the circuit board 17 by installing the key detector 14 and the circuit board 17 in a single casing 20.
