FLOOR SUPPORTING DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor supporting device capable of improving workability in a floor structure constituted by a panelized method and facilitating partial floor remodeling of an existing house, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The floor supporting device is equipped with a steel sleeper 10, steel struts 20 arranged to both end sections of the steel sleeper 10 and strut mounting members 30 mounting the steel struts 20 to the steel sleeper 10, the steel-made sleeper 10 has caulking sections on both end sections of the upper surface 11, and the floor supporting device K has a width w capable of screwing a screw fixing a floor panel P on which the caulking sections are mounted. The floor supporting device K is so manufactured that the head section 24a of a level adjusting bolt 24 of each steel strut 20 is stored in a storage section 34 of each strut mounting member 30 after the strut mounting member 30 is pressed in the end section of the steel sleeper 10 and that each steel strut 20 is mounted to the steel sleeper 10 by locking it to an upper lock nut 27.
