Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an application technique of a heat shrinkable flocked film and the performance of an applied article by applying a heat shrinkable polyester film, particularly a heat shrinkable polyester film improved for a packaging material and a label to the heat shrinkable flocked film. SOLUTION: The heat shrinkable flocked film preferably has the maximum heat shrinkage rate of at least 10%, and when a polyester substrate is used, contains neopentyl glycol and/or cyclohexane dimethanol as glycol components constituting a polyester. The shrinkage ratio in the rectangular direction to the main contraction direction has the minimum value in a temperature range of 80±25°C, the intersection shrinkage ratio is at least 2%. and the film can be bonded by a solvent.
