Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tibia implant artificial organ for facilitating the post-operation recovery by reducing the injury of tissues, an implant artificial organ related to an approximate tibia, and a method for fixing a first member and a second member of a tibia implant inside the approximate tibia. SOLUTION: The tibia implant artificial organ comprises a tibia plate, a base part extending from the tibia plate, and an extension member. The extension member comprises a first part and a second part. An insertion passage is formed by the tibia plate and the base part. The first part of the extension member is held in the insertion passage and the second part of the extension member is extended in the direction of parting from the base part. The implant artificial organ for the approximate tibia is also provided.
