Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device simply and precisely finding a distance between a camera and a face and easily finding the visual axis direction. SOLUTION: An imaging system is provided with the camera for photographing the face and the eyes, and a light source of infrared rays or the like illuminating the eyes. The system is characterized in including steps of: finding the central point of a pupil, finding the central point of a corneal ball, and finding the direction of a vector heading from the central point of the corneal ball to the central point of the pupil, and in using data of morphological knowledge for the step of finding the central point of the pupil.
