SOLUTION: The method for isolating the bacterium from the biological sample comprises a step of providing an antibody specifically binding to a eukaryote cell contained in the biological sample, and being deficient in a bacterium-binding Fc-terminus, a step of mixing the antibody with the biological sample, and a step of separating an antibody-eukaryote cell complex from the mixture.
