Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing an electrostatic charge image developing toner having good development characteristics by a grinding process, and also for manufacturing the toner powder having a prescribed grain size distribution stably for a long time without adjustment of the line and without fusion of the toner powder to a toner manufacturing apparatus. SOLUTION: Grinding raw materials are fed at a constant rate from a constant feeder 1 into a mechanical type first grinder 2 and is pulverized to medium. The resultant medium-pulverized matter is fed at a constant rate from a constant feeder 3 into a mechanical type second grinder 4 and is finely ground, and thereafter the resultant finely ground matter is introduced into a coarse powder classifier 5 where the coarse powder greater than the prescribed grain size is classified. The finely ground matter from which the coarse powder is classified and removed is further classified by removing the finely ground powder below the prescribed grain size by a fine powder classifier 7 and is made into a classified product.
