Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister pack capable of taking out an object to be packaged in one operation, and allowing a mount and a forming sheet to be separated from each other. SOLUTION: Mounts 2 are formed of tissue of ≤400 g/m2, and a forming sheet 10 is formed of a material with the resilient property of the modulus of elasticity of ≥600 MPa. In the pasting, the mounts, parts around a hole 6 and a hole 5, and circumferential edge parts 14 are point-adhered or line-adhered while a flange piece of the forming sheet is left in a non-sealed state. Cut lines 8a and 8b larger than the width of the flange piece 11 of the forming sheet are formed in the face mount from at least two corners 7a and 7b of a center hole, and a straight folding line 9a is formed in the face and back mounts located at the cut lines to constitute a blister pack 16.
