SOLUTION: The tire vulcanizing bladder 1 has vent grooves 11 for removing air each being arranged at a predetermined interval in the circumference X of the bladder on the outer circumferential surface 10 in contact with the inner surface 9 of the tire extending from a crown portion 6 of the pneumatic tire 5 through a buttress portion 7 to a bead portion 8, the vent groove extending from the crown portion contact area 10a through the buttress portion contact area 10b to the bead portion contact area 10c.
