Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing chewing gum automatically cooling and processing a chewing gum base material. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing chewing gum has such a mechanism that a high-temperature melting chewing gum base material is put into backed and coated pans (30), the pans are picked up by an industrial robot (40) and arranged in a pair of spiral cooling towers (44), and the melting material is cooled and solidified in the tower. Furthermore, the same robot or a second industrial robot picks up the cooled gum base material and carries to a final stage process zone, and the pans of the cooled gum base material are arranged in a carrier device or a pallet for a next handling and process.
