Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing deodorant cocoa butter suppressed in daily flavor deterioration, preventing reversion flavor from occurring, and drawing the taste of a material using the butter such as chocolate (dark milk and white chocolate) and each kind of cream (raw cream, strawberry or the like). SOLUTION: This method for producing the deodorant cocoa butter comprises subjecting raw material cocoa butter to organic acid treatment, and bleaching the product in coexistence of organic acid followed by deodorizing.
