Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a DC/DC converter in which an idle time of a power transistor can be minimized by minimizing a variation in oscillation circuit and constant voltage source or a variation in operational characteristics caused by temperature characteristics, and thereby the maximum on-time of a DC/DC converter can be set with a large Duty Max. SOLUTION: In the DC/DC converter circuit having a constant voltage source and an oscillation circuit formed in a semiconductor chip, a first transistor constituting the constant voltage source is connected with a first current source, a second transistor constituting the oscillation circuit is connected with a second current source, output currents from the first and second current sources are equal, and the first and second transistors are formed in identical shapes in proximity to each other.
