Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set restriction on usable functions for each user about various functions equipped on a composite machine. SOLUTION: In the composite machine 100 equipped with a plurality of functions including a copying function, an RFID control unit 117 reads recognition information of a user from a memory card 200 carried by the user having entered into a detection area. A personal information server I/F unit 120 takes information about restriction on usable functions which is previously set for an authenticated user out from a server 102 on the basis of the read recognition information, and the functions available to this authenticated user are restricted according to the information about restriction on usable functions.
