PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly take measures to prevent a slowdown in work for serving customers, or the like by constantly appropriately grasping the state of a commissioned floor having seats by a store manager in a store management device for supporting an efficient operation by grasping the state of a store by the store manager, including a store superintendent. SOLUTION: The store management device stores seat information by liking identification information on each seat to specific information on a management-involved region on which the each seat is arranged. Furthermore, seats under order waiting state for menu items in each of the seats are detected. The number of seats detected to be the order waiting state for the menu items is counted on the management-involved region basis based on the stored identification information on the each seat and the specific information on the management-involved region.
