FACILITY GUIDANCE SERVICE SUPPORT SYSTEM, SUPPORT SERVER, AND SUPPORT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide viewing order optimum to a visitor on the basis of information such as position information and viewing desired time of the visitor, a facility situation, position information and optimum regular routes of the other visitors, or past visit history of the visitor, in a facility such as an art museum. SOLUTION: This facility guidance service support system has: at least one portable terminal 20 for the visitor transmitting the position information about the visitor to a facility center server, and receiving an optimum regular route from the facility center server; the facility center server 10 having a storage part storing a structure of the facility, exhibition contents in the facility, and the position information received from the portable terminal for the visitor, producing the optimum regular route on the basis of the structure of the facility, the exhibition contents, and the position information, and transmitting the optimum regular route to the portable terminal for the visitor; at least one portable terminal 30 for an employee transmitting the facility situation to the facility center server; and a communication line connecting the portable terminal for the visitor, the facility center server, and the portable terminal for the employee.
