If character information, etc. are recorded as the pattern of magnetization to be recorded in a layer having a magnetic recording function, the magnetization pattern of a character is observed by visual inspection, visual recognition of a recording pattern is clearly performed by self-luminescence without requiring energy from the outside and a recording method is magnetic recording, is obtained.
