Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and stably measure an oxygen concentration to prevent firing by controlling the amount of steam introduced. SOLUTION: A measured gas is introduced into a left chamber 102a of a TCD 102 by a blower 105 and is passed through the chamber 102a to be guided to a dehumidifier 104. Steam in the measured gas is removed in the dehumidifier 104, to have a reference gas generated. The reference gas is introduced into a right chamber 102b of the TCD 102. The difference between thermal conductivities of the measured gas, and the reference gas is detected in the TCD 102, to find the moisture concentration based on the difference. Then, the oxygen concentration is computed by a computing part 106, based on the moisture concentration to be transmitted to a controller.
