Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch and a pulley unit effectively suppressing exfoliation while suppressing edge load in necessary magnitude and extending lifetime while securing clutch performance of the one-way clutch. SOLUTION: A cam surface 21 of a rotor shaft 3 is formed in a depressed curved surface slightly depressed inward in a radial direction. An outer circumference surface of a roller 11 of the one-way clutch 4 is formed in a crowning shape corresponding to the depressed curved surface shape of the cam surface 21. An inner circumference surface of the one-way clutch of which outer shape is annular is formed in curved surface including the depressed shape corresponding to the crowning shape of the roller.
