WORKING METHOD FOR INSTALLATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method for installation capable of easily making a connection between piping preinstalled in a skeleton pit and piping in a block in the pit thereby permitting to reduce the work on the site and to improve the installation accuracy for the pit and block. SOLUTION: A frame body-shaped block made of steel plate in the skeleton pit; piping in the block in the pit; a valve; and internal accessaries containing a piping supporting frame and the like are assembled together in the block of the pit in a manufacturing factory other than the site for the installation. Tip end at the outer side of the piping in the block is butted into the tip end of the piping of the main body pit at the outer side position of the block in the pit; their butting position is adjusted by moving the piping in the block back and forth, up and down and right and left; and then the butted portion between the piping inside and outside the block is welded together.Fig 2.1.
