Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone line control device which can alleviate loads for operators of a reception terminal agent. SOLUTION: The device has a server 2 which receives termination requests from public lines 5, and assigns and distributes them to a plurality of reception terminal agents 3. The server has an information providing means 21 which transmits to a voice protocol conversion means 27 and a selected reception terminal agent 3 through a mobile telephone carrier 6, and the reception terminal agent 3 has an information transceiver control means 35 which transmits and receives information and voice relating to the termination requests.
