Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering a vinyl chloride resin from a waste vinyl chloride resin composition, which has a low load of installation cost, uses a safer solvent, needs no energy, is efficient and freely separately forms its recovered resin forms. SOLUTION: This method for recovering the polyvinyl chloride from the waste vinyl chloride resin composition comprises (a) a dissolution process for dissolving the waste vinyl chloride resin composition in a solvent to dissolve the polyvinyl chloride to give a polyvinyl chloride solution, (b) a precipitation process for mixing the obtained polyvinyl chloride solution with water to precipitate the polyvinyl chloride and (c) a separation process for separating the precipitated polyvinyl chloride.
