Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TIG welding method for different kinds of metals and its welding structure which can increase welding strength higher than a conventional one for members having different melting points from each other. SOLUTION: In the TIG welding method and the welding structure, an arc is generated in an arrangement in which a first bus bar 30 is made closer to a TIG welding torch 70 than a second bus bar 40. As a result, the second bus bar 40 as a low melting point member is prevented from being excessively heated, suppressing generation of blowholes, solving the problem of insufficient melt of the first bus bar 30 as a high melting point member, and increasing the welding strength higher than before. Consequently, according to the TIG welding method of different kinds of metals and the welding structure in this embodiment, metallic members having different melting points can be welded to each other, even in on-vehicle electric equipment subjected to vibration and difference in temperature like a motor 10.
