SOLUTION: A method for improving a surrounding environment by using a molded body surface-coated with a coating material containing a charcoal powder is provided. By imparting an external factor to the surface coated with the coating material, positive ions in the surrounding atmosphere are adsorbed by the surface coated with the coating material.
