Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst carrying method for a fuel cell which is high in catalyst activity and cell voltage. SOLUTION: An anode is composed of an anode gas diffusion layer 10 and an anode catalyst layer 12, and a cathode is composed of a cathode gas diffusion layer 20 and a cathode catalyst layer 22. A lamination body is obtained by laminating the anode gas diffusion layer 10, the anode catalyst layer 12, an ion exchange film, the cathode catalyst layer 22, and the cathode gas diffusion layer 20 in this sequence. The anode catalyst layer 12 of the anode and the cathode catalyst layer 22 of the cathode are electrically connected by a conduction path 50. At a catalyst carrying process, an oxidation reaction is generated at an anode 1 side or a cathode 2 side, and a reduction reaction is generated at the other side depending on the electron generated by the oxidation reaction, and a catalyst metal is formed by reducing a catalyst metal precursor contained in that other side.
