PLANT MONITORING CONTROL DEVICE AND PLANT MONITORING CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant monitoring control device and a plant monitoring control method which can more easily grasp the propriety of execution of automatic operation, when making the automatic operation proceed for each batch processing section, in a plant such as a nuclear power plant. SOLUTION: The plant monitoring control device has an automatic operation propriety determination information table 15 for storing automatic operation propriety determination information as a criterion for determining, based on sensor information, whether or not the automatic operation can be executed, concerning each automatic operation at each batch processing section of the plant; an automatic operation propriety determination means 14 which determines whether or not the automatic operation can be executed, according to the sensor information and the automatic operation propriety determination information stored in the automatic operation propriety determination information table 15, for each batch processing section; output means 18, 19; and an output processing means 16 which receives automatic operation execution propriety information as the result of determination on whether or not the automatic operation can be executed, from the automatic operation propriety determination means 14, and provides the output means 18, 19 with the information for outputting the information therefrom.
