Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration regulation mechanism 4 having a simplified structure and having a function the same as a torque rod, the vibration regulation mechanism being integrally provided in a mount 3(a vibration proofing mount device) of a power plant P horizontally mounted on a vehicle. SOLUTION: A substantially cylindrical stopper metal piece 62 is so provided as to surround a connection fitting 64 to be connected to the power plant P. A rubber section 82 is formed on the outer periphery of a connecting shaft portion 64a of the connection fitting 64, and a U-shaped core member 81 is buried in the rubber section 82 so as to surround the connection fitting 64 from the side portion, thereby constituting a stopper section 80. The core member 81 is arranged in such a manner that it is longitudinally inclined at a predetermined angle δ. Accordingly, the core member 81 can be rotated around a laterally-extending shaft as a link. As a result, the core member is relatively easily shear-deformed in the longitudinal direction under such a condition that the stopper section 80 receives the longitudinal compression force, so that it is possible to sufficiently restrain the acceleration booming noise at the time of sudden acceleration.
