SOLUTION: A heat insulating member 10 made of polyphenylene sulfide resin having a high heat-retaining property is provided on the outside surface of 1st and 2nd tapered roller bearings 5, 6 respectively of a main body part 26 of a case 8 provided radially outside of the 1st tapered roller-bearing 5 and the 2nd tapered roller-bearing 6 so as to reduce the thermal radiation of the 1st and the 2nd tapered roller-bearings 5, 6.
