FRAME STRUCTURE OF APARTMENT HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of an apartment house, which has a long span excellent in habitability and the degree of freedom of floor planning, and which can bring about rationalization of construction and a reduction in construction cost. SOLUTION: In the apartment house 1 whose plane is formed in an almost hexagonal cylinder shape, an open ceiling section 2 is arranged in the central section of the plane of a building; a dwelling unit 9 is arranged around the opening ceiling section 2; low-rise sections on northwest and northeast sides are provided with multistory parking equipment 10; the opening ceiling section 2 on the first floor serves as an entrance-turn space; and a flat column 5, whose circumferential column width is greater than its orthogonal-direction column width, and inner peripheral and outer peripheral frames 3 and 4, which are composed of a tie beam 7 for tying the flat columns 5 and 5 together, are each installed on inner peripheral and outer peripheral sides. The flat column 5 of the frame 3 and that of the frame 4 are connected together by a flat beam 6 with an intermediate part wherein a beam width is greater than a beam depth. A half-precast slab is installed between the flat beams 6 and 6, so as to form a floor slab 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
