Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted yarn constituted by a multi-filament suitable for a cell culture, and having large gaps among fibers and a small fiber diameter, and a method and device for producing the same. SOLUTION: This twisted yarn is constituted by the multi-filament having ≤5 μm mean fiber diameter, and without containing the filament having ≥10 μm fiber diameter substantially. The filament can be obtained by impressing a high voltage on an organic solvent solution of an organic polymer e.g., an aliphatic polyester of a polylactic acid and polyglycolic acid, etc., ejecting the solution and then evaporating the solvent. The twisted yarn is produced by removing the electricity of the fibrous structural material, pulling out a fiber bundle from the one end of the accumulated such the fibrous structural material, twisting and winding.
