CHITOSAN DISPERSION LIQUID, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR CHITOSAN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare an aqueous liquid which has a film-forming property derived from chitosan and gives little harm derived from an acid, a preparation method therefor and a manufacturing method for a chitosan film with a low acid component content. SOLUTION: A chitosan emulsion is prepared by dispersing chitosan in a weakly acidic aqueous solution by the action of a surfactant, wherein the weakly acidic aqueous solution is an aqueous acid solution with a pH of 4-7. In the manufacturing method for the chitosan film, the acidic solution of chitosan is treated with the surfactant to obtain an emulsion wherein the chitosan is dispersed in the aqueous acid solution by the action of the surfactant, the acid component is subsequently removed from the aqueous acid solution to obtain the weakly acidic aqueous solution, and a film is formed from the emulsion to form the chitosan film.
