Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panipenem-containing preparation having suppressed variation in the compounding ratio of betamipron and panipenem and keeping the aging stability of the panipenem. SOLUTION: This panipenem-containing preparation is provided with a freeze-dried layer obtained by the freeze-drying of a solution containing betamipron or panipenem and a powdery or granular fluid layer composed of powder or granule containing panipenem (when the freeze-dried layer contains betamipron) or betamipron (when the freeze-dried layer contains panipenem) and formed on the freeze-dried layer.
