Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramics sintered compact having a high coefficient of thermal expansion and a low sintering temperature, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This ceramics sintered compact having a high coefficient of thermal expansion comprises an enstatite type sintered compact containing Y2O3. A favorable composition of the sintered compact is 62-69 wt% SiO2, 24-32 wt% MgO, 6-8 wt% Al2O3, and not more than 4 wt% Y2O3.
