Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a shift lever of a travel system and a PTO system, in a transmission having a travel system shift mechanism and a PTO system shift mechanism of a working vehicle such as a tractor. SOLUTION: The working vehicle comprises a lever guide 20a for guiding a multi-stage shift lever 14 of a multi-stage shift mechanism B, and a lever guide 20b for guiding a PTO shift lever 15 of a PTO system transmission A. The lever guides 20a and 20b are arranged linearly and in parallel with each other on one side of a seat and in the body longitudinal direction, the PTO system transmission A has a normal rotation work region, a neutral region, and an inversion work region, and the PTO system transmission A has an inversion shift preventing means capable of braking/releasing the operation from a variable normal rotation work region and the neutral region to the inversion work region.
