Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle equipped with a frame structure of a high strength which can prevent a buckling breakage of a side rail due to a bending moment caused by an eccentric load after the impact has been absorbed by a cushioning device by remarkably increasing the supporting rigidity than that of a conventional supporting structure. SOLUTION: A reinforcing cross member of which both end sections are connected with the side rails is laterally provided between a cross member being closer to the cushioning device which softens an impact load applied to a car body frame from among a plurality of cross members which are laterally provided in the vehicle width direction across a pair of right and left side rails, and the cushioning device. At the same time, a pair of brackets which transmit the load applied to the cushioning device to the reinforcing cross member side when received the load are inserted between the connected section of the side rails with the reinforcing cross members and their vicinity areas, and an attaching member of the cushioning device. This vehicle is constituted in such a manner that the load from the cushioning device side is supported by the frame structure which is formed of a pair of the brackets, the reinforcing cross member, the cross member being closer to the cushioning device, and a pair of the right and left side rails.
