CULVERT BLOCK MANUFACTURING FORM AND CULVERT BLOCK MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culvert block manufacturing form capable of corresponding to a case that a culvert block slightly different in size is required without newly preparing a separate form. SOLUTION: Even the culvert block slightly large in height dimension (t) can be manufactured by interposing an intermediate dividing part 5-3 between the lower and upper dividing parts 5-1 and 5-2 of a movable side plate 5, interposing an intermediate dividing part 6-3 between the lower and upper dividing parts 6-1 and 6-2 of a front side board 6, interposing an intermediate dividing part 7-3 between the lower and upper dividing parts 7-1 and 7-2 of a rear side board 7, interposing an intermediate cartridge 8-2b between the upper dividing part 8-2 and leading end metal fittings 8-2a of a core 8 and replacing a fixed side plate 4 with a fixed side plate 4-1 having a height dimension coinciding with the upper surface height of each of the movable side plate 5, the front side board 6 and the rear side board 7 in a mold clamping state.
