Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste material treatment facility and a waste material treatment method by which even a waste material with a high bending strength such as a siding board can be recycled. SOLUTION: A waste material A such as a siding board is crushed into chips B with a constant size by a crusher 10; the chips B are milled into a powder-like material C by a mill 20; the powder-like material C is mixed with a binder D by a molding apparatus 30; and the viscously kneaded viscid material E is molded into a product with a prescribed shape just like an interlocking block.
