Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling orientation of a protein or an antibody and accumulating the protein or antibody at a high density on a substrate. SOLUTION: The method for accumulating the protein is characterized as follows. A fusion protein composed of a protein composed of repetition of Gly-Val-Gly-Val-Pro and a protein composed of repetition of C domain of protein G is added onto a hydrophobic substrate and the antibody is then added onto the substrate.
