2,2-DIPHENYL-1-ETHANONE DERIVATIVE AND MEDICINE COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having excellent κ-receptor actions, excellently useful for prophylaxis and/or therapy of pain, inflammation, arthritis, cough, asthma, dysuria, gastrointestinal motility disorder such as diarrhea, dyspepsia or pruritus or dermatosis and having low migration properties to the central nervous system without exhibiting adverse effects such as drug dependence or respiratory suppression. SOLUTION: A 2,2-diphenyl-1-ethanone derivative is represented by formula (I) [wherein, R1means hydrogen atom, hydroxy group, a 1-6C alkyl group, a hydroxy-1-6C alkyl group, carboxyl group, a 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl group, a carboxy-1-6C alkyl group or a 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl-1-6C alkyl group; R2means a 1-6C alkyl group, a 1-6C alkylcarbonyl group, a 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl group, a carboxy-1-6C alkyl group or a 1-6C alkoxycarbonyl-1-6C alkyl group; and (n) means an integer of 1-3] or its salt.
