Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially beneficial manufacturing process by which high strength spun concrete shaped bodies are easily manufactured without necessitating special facilities such as an autoclave. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of the high strength spun concrete shaped bodies comprises blending a polycarboxylic acid-based powdery cement dispersing agent in an amount of 0.02-0.4 wt.% reduced by the solid content of the polycarboxylic acid-based polymer compound to 400-600 kg/m3of unit cement content composed mainly of a high early strength or an ultra high early strength portland cement, setting a water cement ratio at ≤32%, shaping the concrete material and subjecting it to atmospheric pressure steam curing.
