METHOD FOR FORMING RESIN MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin molding which is excellent in processing capacity and can obtain a desired surface-roughened state. SOLUTION: In the method, the resin molding 11 is formed by packing a resin 4 in a mold 2. The resin 4 is melted in an injection molding machine 1. When the resin 4 is crystalline, a first substance which has a critical temperature not exceeding its melting temperature and is gas in an atmospheric state is introduced from a first introduction tube 8 and mixed with the molten resin in a supercritical fluid state into a mixed resin. The inside of the mold 2 is held to be an atmosphere in which the first substance is made a solid state region. The mixed resin is packed in the mold 2, and particles of the first substance in a liquid state and/or a solid state are formed on the surface of the mixed resin in contact with the mold 2. The resin molding 11 is taken out from the mold 2, the particles of the first substance existing on the surface of the mixed resin are vaporized/foamed, and the surface-roughened resin molding 11 is formed.
