STABILIZATION NOISE GENERATION CIRCUIT USING ZENER DIODE FOR NOISE GENERATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and small noise generation circuit that uses a Zener diode provided with a function of suppressing a fluctuation in noise output level. SOLUTION: This stabilization noise generation circuit using a Zener diode for noise generation is provided with a noise generation part using a Zener diode for noise generation, a variable gain amplifying part for amplifying noise voltage generated by the noise generation part, and a feedbacking part for detecting the noise voltage amplified by the variable gain amplifying part and feedbacking the detected noise voltage as a gain control signal of the variable gain amplifying part to thereby suppress a fluctuation in level of the noise voltage outputted from the variable gain amplifying part.
